Full design services for a 18,000 sq-ft Higher Education multi-story addition consisting of a 2000 sq-ft basement and a 1800 sq-ft penthouse for a 125 p.s.f. mechanical room. The addition is "tied" into the existing structure. The structure varies from two (2)-stories to four (4)-stories. The construction type is a post and beam steel framed structure with below grade concrete retaining walls utilizing composite steel floor beams. The lateral resisting system consists of concrete shear walls and steel moment frames.

The roof framing is designed to support a 1700 sq-ft 125 p.s.f. attic storage area. The lateral resisting system consists of concrete shear walls and steel braced frames. The foundations of the existing building at the new and existing interface are underpinned with helical piers.

Full design services for a 36,000 sq-ft governmental three (3)-story gabled roof building. The construction type is a post and beam steel framed structure with below grade concrete retaining walls utilizing open web floor joists and cold-formed metal stud roof trusses. The roof trusses were designed to support an 1100 sq-ft 125 p.s.f. mechanical room. The lateral resisting system consists of concrete shear walls and steel braced frames.
Carmax – The Auto Superstore, Burbank, California
Full design services for a single level 45,000 sq-ft elevated parking deck structure supporting a 7300 sq-ft and 1200 sq-ft load-bearing masonry service and carwash building respectively located in the highest seismic region in the Continental United States. The parking deck slab, beams, and girders are post-tensioned concrete with concrete shear walls providing lateral support. The foundations are supported by rock columns.
